We update the data early to mid morning, later afternoon and at midnight. We will also update the data should any urgent schedule changes take place.
How is the data delivered?
The data is delivered via FTP. We will create an account for you on our FTP site and you can then use readily available tools to download your data file(s).
Can I be informed of when the data changes?
Yes, our system can either send an email to a predetermined email address or it can perform an HTTP 'GET' on a web address. You could use either of these events to kick start downloading and processing of your data.
How far in advanced do the listings go?
For most terrestrial channels we have at least 14 days in advance, going up to 21 days in advance. For many satellite and cable channels we have many weeks of data available.
Can I get historical data?
Yes, we have ready access to data going back to 2005 and we can supply data much further back if needed.
How long does it take to set up?
Once contracts are signed then it takes around 30 minutes before the first data files are delivered, sometimes quicker.
What's the minimum contract term?
Our boilerplate contract and our prices are configured for a 12 month contract. We're happy to negotiate terms around this so please do ask.
